Why we started this
We're not a supplement company yet. We're two people who got frustrated enough to build something better.
Here's what happened. My wife is a certified personal trainer. When her clients ask what supplements to take, she wants to give a real answer. Not "go to GNC and grab whatever's on sale." An actual answer, based on their goals, their body, and what science actually supports.
But when she goes looking for those products? It's a mess. Proprietary blends that hide their doses. "Multi-vitamins" with 47 ingredients in forms your body barely absorbs. Brands slapping "practitioner-grade" on bottles that are anything but.
And then there's GLP-1 medications.
She started taking one herself. Ozempic, then Mounjaro. What nobody told her — what most doctors don't mention — is that these meds change how your body absorbs nutrients. B12, magnesium, iron, zinc. She started feeling it. The fatigue, the brain fog, the muscle cramps. It wasn't the medication failing. It was a nutrient gap nobody was talking about.

Your body doesn't need 47 things at once. It needs the right 3-4, in the right forms, at doses that actually work.
Form matters more than brand
Magnesium oxide is not magnesium glycinate. Cyanocobalamin is not methylcobalamin. The form determines whether it works.
Practitioner-grade means something
We only carry brands that health professionals actually recommend. Third-party tested. No proprietary blends. Real therapeutic doses.
Honest guidance over sales

Who we are
The Trainer
Certified personal trainer with a focus on nutrition and wellness. Her own GLP-1 journey opened her eyes to the supplement gap that nobody was addressing. Now she's building the thing she wishes existed for her clients.
The Developer
Got tired of staring at 200 options on Amazon and having no idea which magnesium form was right. Built the quiz, built the site, and is building the platform to make this whole process less confusing for everyone.
